This web site was designed for Chapman University students. It provides information related to a student’s physical, social and mental well being. Referral links are provided that can be utilized by others. Areas include alcohol and other drug education (Choicepoints), rape and sexual assault prevention education (CARES), HIV/AIDS, STD education (SECS), conflict resolution (Mediation), responsible decision making, anger management, stress management, smoking cessation, men’s and women’s health, eating disorders, good nutrition and related issues (Mental/Physical).

Read more about these programs at Chapman University web site.

I have also developed a number of presentations that includes one entitled: Relationships, Communication and Intimacy. This program can be divided into modules of 1 to 1 1/2 hours each or presented in a 2-3 hour block. It is suitable for young adults, married and engaged couples and divorced individuals. The program examines issues related to intimacy in relationships, expanding our limited view of the word to include a multi-dimensional view. It gives tips and pointers to help individuals develop healthy relationships. Additionally, there is a conflict resolution component that can also be added to the program.
